A good thing about this, is that I will have these modules at my fingertips at all times. Kirstin, you are so easy to listen to - I actually felt relaxed and enjoyed listening to you each time as you came on to a new module. It is obvious your education and background, and degree of knowledge through your studies, and through the research you have done and your own personal experience with this. You speak clearly, intelligently, and in a manner that I could follow and understand, even for an average person like me who does not know a lot about nutrition initially. It was fun looking forward to watching your modules and you always have a cheerful demeanor which makes it enjoyable."
